"Liz single handedly ruined my experience with State Farm. I tried multiple times to get around her by calling other 800 numbers, but they always sent me back to her. Liz didnt tell me until I reached out that "the big office" canceled my policy due to a matching address. Liz acted like everything was fine until month 2 came and I still never received a bill. Again, Liz acted like everything was fine until she "helped me" by convincing "the big guys" to penalize me over $400 per month to cover the two months she failed to reach out to me on. Liz always acted like it was a fight to get anything done, or changed, or any answers, and had a bad attitude when I expressed my confusion how a mistake could happen for 2 months. There was constant back and forth miscommunication between Liz and "the main office" and my bill was constantly wrong. Eventually I ended up switching insurance companies because I was sick and tired of dealing with Liz. She then she rudely texted me, emphasizing certain words in all caps, when my new (educated on their job) insurance agent sent over the cancelation notice to her. I really hope I was the anomaly, and if not then she should be fired for costing customers extra money due to her lack of knowledge of pretty much everything."

"Google reviews are important to us because they help highlight both our strengths and any areas where we can improve. There are good reviews, critical reviews, and sometimes reviews that are simply inaccurate. Unfortunately, this one falls into that last category. Your policy was canceled only after a request by a family member was made directly to State Farm, not through our agency. When you later contacted us upset about the cancellation, our staff immediately researched the issue and worked to have your coverage reinstated back to the original date so you would not experience a lapse. We also helped arrange for the past-due premiums to be spread over several months to ease the burden. The past-due premiums spread over several months did result in a larger monthly premium of $311 which was only temporary. At all times, our team member Liz remained focused on resolving the matter quickly, accurately, and courteously. As an agency, we value long-term relationships with our clients and take pride in providing a personalized service. We wish you and your family the best going forward. "

"Darlene has been wonderful since she’s been handling my policy. She always helps me make sure I have all the correct discounts applied and suggests things that might save me even more money. Occasionally, I’ll get an automated message that I have questions about, but before I can find the time to call her to ask about it, she emails me that she’s already in the process of fixing it. She definitely knows how to take care of her customers. Highly recommend!"

"I just want to thank Elizabeth at State Farm for helping me when I got Into a fender bender. She fought for me when the collision center was trying to total my car, she was there when I had any questions, she took every possible route to make sure that I was treated fairly and always did it while making me feel as if I wasnt a burden. "I called and spoke to Mike today, I think he is new. He was unprofessional, and deleted my information before I called back with my daughters driver's license number, and refused to talk to me. I then spoke to Lewis...who saved the day! Very professional and provided excellent service. I think Mike needs to find another opportunity..."

"Louis Nole is the absolute best agent I’ve ever had. My family and I have followed him from his previous agency to Jay Littlejohn. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. He contacts us when he sees that there is a better rate available without us even asking. He knows us and our needs and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. They really treat us like family. I highly recommend everybody to go to this agency, especially to Louis Nole. "Extremely slow, rude, and impersonal. Their evasive and dishonest response to this review - with no accountability or apology for their behavior - says A LOT. I was a State Farm customer for several years but the service from Jay’s office was so bad that I ended up switching from State Farm to a completely different insurance provider. I called to request a simple declarations page and the call was so long that I ended up having to tell telling the woman on the phone that I’d call back later that day. When I called again the man on the phone said the woman had left for the week and she was the ONLY PERSON who could access my quote. Even though I’d told them that I’d be calling back that very same day, they couldn’t care less about making sure someone could complete the task that day. What kind of ridiculous system do they have where they’re completely incompetent if one staff member is unavailable? For insurance you want an agent who is there when you need them. Simple as that. That weekend I ended up calling State Farm directly and cancelling my service. State Farm requested that Jay’s office call me back on Monday. But again, they are impersonal - all I received were text messages confirming the cancellation. They couldn’t even be bothered to talk to me on the phone. Because of Jay’s office’s poor service, I actually ended up saving about $1,000 by switching to a completely different insurance provider. Thanks!"

"Thank you for your review. All comments, good and bad are important to me. My agency has been doing business for over 35 years and in that time, we have written tens of thousands of policies, but more importantly we continue to have long term relationships with many of our clients (multiple generations) that started with our agency. We are all about providing excellent service. Reading the 100 plus positive comments on Google is a tiny sample of how our insureds feel about my staff and the agency. I can state emphatically, that when anyone calls my agency they will be met with courtesy, honesty, respect and a sense of urgency on our part when dealing with your insurance. I wish you the best."

"I reached out to Darlene at this agency, as she came highly recommended by a friend. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the homeowners insurance that I was inquiring about, which was just what I was looking for. From there, she helped me navigate through car insurance, and then an umbrella policy. We are now happy to say that we have everything that we need, and we are saving money!
